Mindfulness
When I started the change and transition from the world of business to the world of therapy and mentoring it was clear to me that part of the coaching process would be mindfulness,
Both individually and in groups. For more than two decades I have been dealing with mindfulness in various forms, it was clear that the tool I found to be effective in so many areas of life, would be one of the tools I could provide to my trainees.
What drew me to the mindfulness path is its simplicity, how mindfulness practice can help us reach truths we are instinctively aware of (but disappear from our eyes) and the fact that it is accessible to all.
I discovered that this is a very internal and personal process that can be controlled only through individual practice, something simple but very deep that touches the essence of each person's experience of reality, mindfulness can be an effective and practical way of life for any person in any situation in life, mindset that can reduce stress
Significantly and lead to a life full of peace and tranquility.
Over the years I found myself two mentors who accompanied me on the mindfulness path, taught me how to pass on the practice, how to use the mindfulness as a therapeutic tool in the clinic, the methods, the technical exercises, and most importantly to feel the experience to the depths of my soul.

Mindfulness in everyday life
We practice mindfulness to live in listening - living in listening brings a new and more positive quality to our daily existence.
The more aware we are of the things we do during the day, the less our need to wander into a default state.
The mind grasps one thing at a time and as our listening grows so does the default thinking, and as the default state diminishes so we are less pushed and dragged by the thoughts we are unaware of, but later create unwanted emotions and influence us to act in forms we dislike.
Say, There are many people who go for a walk without intending to go to a certain place to do something specific - they just go for a walk.
Meditation is like that too - we just do meditation.
Zazen means "just sit".
