מורה ומנחה ותיק הפועל כבר למעלה מ־20 שנה בשדה המפגש בין גוף, נפש ורוח – תוך שילוב בין מסורות מזרחיות כמו זן ומיינדפולנס לבין כלים טיפוליים עכשוויים מעולמות ה-NLP, הפסיכולוגיה הרוחנית, היוגה והנשימה.
בעל תואר ראשון בכלכלה וניהול (עם התמחות בניהול מערכות ימיות), ובוגר לימודים והכשרות מגוונות בתחומים של טיפול בטראומה, Somatic Experiencing ו-Non-Dual Therapy.
יזם וממייסדי פרויקט "קור רוח" למען לוחמי צה"ל ונפגעי טראומה, וממובילי האיגוד הישראלי לתרפיית הקור – גוף מקצועי המאחד מטפלים ומדריכים מוסמכים בתחום.
השיטה שפיתח מבוססת על ראייה מערכתית, ניסיון שטח רחב, חקירה אישית עמוקה ומנטורינג בינלאומי מצוות ISSP – בהובלת ד"ר בארט טן ברג.
